The problem can look
different for everyone.
I work with people facing different forms of addiction, as well as with their families.

GAMBLING
ADDICTION
It's not just about money. Gambling addiction involves a loss of control and continuing the behavior despite serious consequences.

ALCOHOL ADDICTION
The line between occasional drinking and a serious problem can be hard to see - even when a person appears to function normally.

SUBSTANCE
ADDICTION
The problem often develops gradually, as substance use becomes, over time, a way of coping with stress and difficulties.

What does the
process look like?
A structured, individually tailored program, with continuous support throughout the entire process.

01 CONSULTATION
The first conversation and an assessment of the situation.

A program tailored to the person and their situation.
02 INDIVIDUAL PLAN

Regular therapy sessions and continuous progress monitoring.
03 STRUCTURED PROGRAM

Working on new behavior patterns
and lasting change.
04 LONG-TERM RECOVERY
Addiction rarely affects just one person.
Parents, partners, and children often feel the consequences too, through a loss of trust and a sense of helplessness.
That is why the program includes the active involvement of a close family member throughout its full duration, with the goal of rebuilding trust and improving family communication.
